FAQs
Why is Find My Phone no longer free?
Find My Phone is not owned or operated by Amazon.
We are a small team that had offered this service at our own expense, but can no longer sustain the cost. In order to continue providing the service, we need your support. We do offer a free trial to help you decide if you want to keep using Find My Phone. It is then $7.99 for unlimited uses a month.
Can you explain the cost?
It costs us money to send calls and messages to thousands of people every single day. As your phone bill has risen throughout the years, so have our costs. For the price of a fast food hamburger, you can find your expensive phone over and over again. We think it is worth it, and hope you do too.
How do I unsubscribe?
If you'd like to unsubscribe from Find My Phone, please say "Alexa, open Find My Phone and unsubscribe" or open it and say "unsubscribe."
Why is Find My Phone no longer available in my country?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the limited availability of Find My Phone. Unfortunately, this service is only available United States at this time. We appreciate your interest and hope to expand to more regions.
